| Web & Graphic Designer |
Responsibilities:
- Design brand ads for trade magazines and promotional ads for agency co-ops
- Work with travel agents to design flyers
- Design brochures and other marketing print collaterals
- Source print vendors and negotiating pricing
- Prepare files for print, proofing and occasional press checks
- Create HTML for company newsletters and promotional e-blasts
- Design web banners
- Update website content
- Design portions of the web site…new features and products
- Be responsible for the web site from a content perspective on a day to day basis\
- Work with the development team to make sure the site is user friendly, optimized for search and new functionality is rolled out on the site in an effective manner.
- Depending upon the candidates skill other projects will be assigned such as content sharing with affiliate sites, interfacing with 3rd party vendors such as SEO companies and developers and budget management.
Qualifications:
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Quark Xpress
- PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver and HTML
- Designing ads, flyers and tradeshow displays
- Brochure layout
- Photo touchup and color correction
- Highly detail oriented and able to meet strict deadlines
- Strong level of creativity
- PC or MAC based

Responsibilities:
- Actively represent AMA Waterways and promote our products to customers contacting us via the web and email
- Responsible for timely response to all incoming emails and inquiries
- Quoting of fares, airfare and hotel packages, confirmation and sale of cabins hotel packages
- Provide concise and accurate information on products and services
- Deliver superb quality customer service to all customers via email and phone
- Process brochure request and payments
- Support Reservations department with handling incoming calls as needed
Qualifications:
- Sales, call center and travel industry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC skills
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills, self managed and reliable (including attendance)
- Ability to retain and organize vast amounts of information gathered from multiple sources
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Above average knowledge of geography
- Innovative thinker with creative problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to ever changing tasks and grow within the position (and company)
Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 9-hour shift between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm
Saturday,6-hour shift, flexibility required.
